Why I wrote it:

I wrote Teen Mothers: Designing a Fabulous Life Motivational Prompts because I wanted to give young mothers the opportunity to pause, reflect, and think more deeply about their daily lives. The prompts are designed to help readers learn from their experiences, engage more fully with the ideas in the main text, and allow the lessons to truly sink in. I also wanted to provide a dedicated space for writing down thoughts, feelings, and reflections—a personal record that can be kept as a meaningful reminder of their journey and growth as young mothers.
